These Terms of Use apply to the use of the mobile application "MiniLib" (hereinafter "App").

2. Service Description

The App enables users to track and organize their personal reading lists. The App is provided "as is" and is available for free on the App Store.

3. Rights of Use

By downloading the App, the user receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal purposes. Commercial use is not permitted without explicit consent.

4. User Data and Privacy

User data is stored locally on the device and synchronized through the user's personal iCloud account. We do not have access to personal reading data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Limitation of Liability

We assume no liability for data loss or damages resulting from the use of the App. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

6. Warranty

A warranty for the functionality of the App exists only to the extent legally required. The App is provided free of charge.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The current version can be viewed on our website.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, where legally permissible.
